Proposers shall identify their Authorized Representative by sending an email to:

The email message identifying the Proposer shall include the following information:
- Authorized Representative
- Designated individual authorized to submit communications
- Major Team Members including Lead Engineering Firm
Interested parties who have identified themselves and submitted the email as described above will be provided with access to the RIDs.
